The 2020 IPSIG workshop will be hosted by the University of New England School of Law in Armidale, NSW. The workshop will take place from early afternoon on Thursday 14 May to early afternoon on Friday 15 May 2020 (to allow for travel to and from Armidale). The workshop aims to provide an informal setting for a relatively small group of academics, research higher degree students, government lawyers, members of civil society, and other practitioners of international law working on peace and security matters to discuss work in progress. For the first time, IPSIG will also convene a post-workshop writing retreat for those who can stay for the afternoon of Friday 15 May to the early afternoon of Saturday 16 May 2020.
IPSIG invites the submission of paper proposals on any topic connected to international peace and security. Submissions should include an abstract (up to 500 words) and a biographical note (up to 150 words) and be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org by Friday 6 March 2020. Please see the full call for papers: ANZSIL IPSIG Workshop 2020 - Call for Papers.pdf
Applicants will be informed of the outcome by mid-March 2020.
Queries about the workshop or IPSIG should be directed to Monique Cormier (email@example.com)
